For infrequent users of AirportlinkM7 including one-off or first time users, occasional users, those with a rental car or for those who may have unintentionally used AirportlinkM7.

Register your trip details (this can be backdated by up to 3 days) along with your vehicle licence plate number and state of registration either:

• In person at our Customer Service Centre, or
• By phoning 1300 11 33 30

A tag is not required. Simply drive on the selected AirportlinkM7 route and your vehicle licence plate number will be matched to your pass registration.

A day pass cannot be recharged. Should you wish to travel on AirportlinkM7 at a future date, you will need to purchase another pass. Or you may like to consider a prepaid account if your travel becomes more frequent.
