prepaid account has no set-up fees. It requires a minimum
pre-payment of $25 which will be used for tolls and fees
only. Your account balance never expires however your
account must be kept in credit at all times.

For regular users of toll roads whether this is for personal or
business use. Or alternatively, you may be an occasional user
that prefers a set and forget approach to paying for tolls.
What toll roads can I travel on?
Unrestricted travel on all toll roads within Australia.
All toll charges will appear on your account.
What is involved in set up?
You will need to open an account with an opening
balance of $25 in prepaid tolls, along with your contact and
vehicle details. There are no set up fees.
What is the expiry on toll credit?
A prepaid account balance never expires. However your account
must be in credit at all times.
Do I need a tag in my vehicle?
Vehicles can be detected by either video, where an image is
taken of your vehicle licence plate number, or the use of a tag
mounted on the windscreen of your vehicle. In both
instances, you can travel on all Brisbane toll roads. The choice is
yours.
Video
- Video tolling alleviates the need for mounting a tag in your
vehicle and is an option if you travel mostly on
AirportlinkM7.
- AirportlinkM7 will not charge video matching fees for reading
your vehicle licence plate number for travel on AirportlinkM7,
however other toll road operators may.
Tag
- A tag should be considered if you are likely to travel
regularly on other toll roads and you do not want to pay an
additional fee for reading your vehicle licence plate.
- An AirportlinkM7 tag will be supplied at no cost and can be
requested at the time of setting up your account or at a time in
the future.
- An AirportlinkM7 tag can be exchanged between vehicles, however
the vehicle needs to be registered on the account.
How many vehicles can I register?
A minimum of 1 vehicle is required to set up a prepaid account.
There is no limit to the number of vehicles per account.
When signing up for an account, you will have the choice of
automatic or manual recharge.
Automatic recharge
- Credit/debit card or direct debit: A minimum account balance of
$12 is set for the account and when this is reached it will then
trigger a recharge. Recharge values start from $25.
- Qpay SMS alert option: You will be sent an SMS asking you
for permission to recharge your account with your
registered credit card when your account reaches its minimum
balance amount.

How do I monitor my toll activity?
You can view your transactions online at any time by logging
into your account. AirportlinkM7 will send you a notification, by
your preferred contact channel, to advise that your statement
is available from our website for download.
What are the toll costs and fees?
Tolls and fees charged to this account are determined by the
vehicle type and toll road used. AirportlinkM7 does not
charge video matching fees to AirportlinkM7 account holders for
travel on its road. Other toll roads within Australia may charge
additional fees if you do not use a tag. Account holders
who request additional statements by mail will be charged a fee.
